For household flour sieve machines, it is generally most suitable to choose between 40 and 60 mesh. If it reaches about 200 mesh, no matter how you sieve it, it is impossible to pass the flour. The testing sieve used by the flour mill is only 90 mesh, so it is best not to exceed 60 mesh when purchasing.
