Vibrating is a new type of vibrating screen equipment with circular motion,multiple layers number and high efficiency. YA-type is one of the general and standardized classical vibrating screen machine. YK-type is a product that is upgraded on the basis of the YA-type. YK-type adopts cylinder eccentric shaft exciter and eccentric block to adjust amplitude, advanced design and and many specifications.Two kinds of support modes: suspension support and seat support.

How does it work ?

Mainly compose of screen box , mesh, exciter source, transmission, shock absorbing spring, etc. The motor drives the vibrator with eccentric through the triangular belt, which makes the eccentric block of the vibrator rotate rapidly and generates exciting force, and drives the screen box to vibrate continuously. The material on the screen is continuously thrown by the impulse transmitted by the screen box on the inclined screen surface. When the material is thrown up, it is stratified. During the contact with the screen surface, the particles smaller than the mesh hole fall through the screen, thus realizing the particle classification. The motor can be installed on the left side of the screen frame or on the right side of the screen frame. The adjustment of the inclination angle of the screen surface can be realized by changing the position height of the spring support seat.
