What is Vibratory Sifter?

Vibratory Sifter is a grading sieve to remove fine and/or oversized contaminants. It can sieve powder, granules, and liquid materials within 500 meshes. It can quickly achieve solid-liquid separation, particle size classification, and has 1-5 layers of sieves. Optional, with output up to 5 tons.

Vibratory Sifter Application

Vibratory Sifter can be used for the screening of starch, soybean milk, glaze, soy sauce, monosodium glutamate, feed, resin powder, paint, traditional Chinese medicine powder, electromagnetic materials, plastic granules, washing powder and other materials in the food, medicine, chemical industry, building materials, ceramics and other industries , filtering and impurity removal.

How does Vibratory Sifter work ?

High frequency electric is generated by ultrasonic vibration sieve source through the transducer into longitudinal oscillation of high frequency sine form,those sasser spread to reasonator,and generate resonance,then vibration evenly transmitted to the screen surface by the resonator.Raw material doing low-frequency Three-D vibration,while ultrasonic vibrations,can prevent clogging screen mesh,but also improve the capacity and accuracy of screening.

Vibratory Sifter Features

1. Wide range of applications: sieve powder and granules as fine as 500 mesh or 0.028mm, and liquid materials can be filtered to 5 microns.

2. Not easy to block the mesh: optional bouncing ball/ultrasonic/drum cleaning device to prevent mesh clogging.

3. Multi-layer screening: 1-5 layers of multi-layer screening can obtain 2-6 kinds of finished products of different specifications.
